My Work As The Chicago Outdoor Living Examiner
Last month I published an article for the Chicago Outdoor Living Examiner and I was very pleased to find that the article was picked up by The World News Network. Now that made me feel real good and I wanted to share that positive note with my PNN friends.
The article is about a local park. I use to play in this same area when I was a child old enough to go off on my bicycle. I had a cousin who lived very near there and we would go down and play in the swampy water. Sometimes we fished, we always got real muddy. It was a lot of fun.
Since then it has been turned in to a very nice park that we call "Oxbow" but the real name is Caralson Oxbow Nature Park. I loved going there then but I truly enjoy it more now that I have grown to understand so much more about this big old world. The park is still a magnet to me and children of all ages!
